GFW's Corn on the Cob
This recipe comes to us from Gordon Weis, who posts as GFW on the Big Green Egg Forum:
- Carefully open each ear of corn, with husk on, and remove all of the silk.
- Replace the husk around the cob and tie the end with string.
- Soak the ears in cold water for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, squeeze out the excess water.
Cook at dome temp of 275 (indirect but without foil) for 35 minutes.
