Ingredients:

• 1 medium tomato, chopped
• Enough strawberries to equal the amount of tomato, chopped
• 1/2 red onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup yellow corn
• 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 large clove of garlic, crushed
• pepper to taste
• finely chopped jalapeno pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and let sit for an hour or so to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with anything you damn well want to, but I like it with salmon.
