| Not an announcement really, but we just came across a new discussion forum on the web which is relevant to the Ceramic Charcoal Cooker industry. From a quick visit, the Kamado Fraud Forum appears to be focused on exposing the problems with Kamado cookers and customer service. The Kamado forum has always been plagued with complaints from customers about the quality of Kamado cookers and the inability of customers to get warrantee service. These complaints are usually quickly deleted by the Kamado company forum administrators. Apparently, now some former customers have taken it upon themselves to create their own forum in order to discuss the problems in public.
