Komodo Kamado Refractory Cookers Provides
Early Look at New Smaller Model

   January 31, 2008

Komodo Kamado has provided an early look on their forum at a new smaller version of their Kamado-style refractory cooker. This new smaller model is currently in the development stages, but here is a photo of a prototype along side of Komodo Kamado's current large model:

The smaller model will have a 19.5 inch cross section (measured diagonally) as opposed to the 23 inch cross section of the current model. There is no word currently on availability. Komodo Kamado has established a reputation for producing a top of the line cooker along with a top of the line price. This smaller model should put this top-notch quality and feature set within the grasp of more ceramic chefs.

Komodo Kamado Refractory Cookers has been manufacturing kamado-style cookers in Surabaya, Indonesia and shipping them world wide for four years. They may be contacted through their website: www.komodokamado.com.
